How much light a bulb gives. 450 lm is a glow for a shelf, 800 lm lights a table, 1000 lm fills a dining area.

How warm the light looks. Lower is warmer: 2200K is candle-like, 2700K is home, 4000K is office.

How true colours look under the light, out of 100. Above 90, skin, wood and paint look right.

How smoothly a lamp dims. Ours go down to about 5% without flicker or a jump at the bottom.
