Ana Ribeiro and Duarte Lobo started Dusklo in 2019 in an old printworks in Marvila, Lisbon. Stoneware is thrown by the window, linen is pleated at the long table, and every lamp is switched on for an hour before it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Three to five working days in Portugal and Spain, five to eight across the rest of the EU and the UK. Every lamp ships in a recycled paper box, no foam.
Do the lamps come with bulbs?
+
Yes. Every lamp ships with a 2700K LED that dims smoothly to about 5%. Crane and Wick have their LEDs built in.
Can I return a lamp?

Within 30 days, for any reason. We send a prepaid label and refund you when the lamp is back in Lisbon.
What does the ten-year warranty cover?
+
Everything except the bulb: joints, switches, cables, the dimmer and the finish. If something fails, we repair or replace it.
Can I replace just the shade?
+
Yes. Shades for Pleat, Morel and Lantern are sold on their own, so a new colour does not mean a new lamp.
